Marrakech Bestspot is a luxury concierge platform that connects travelers with curated experiences in Marrakech and across Morocco, including but not limited to restaurant reservations, luxury accommodation bookings, activity and excursion arrangements, nightlife and club access, swimming pool access, and private transportation and airport transfers.
We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers. We do not directly operate hotels, restaurants, vehicles or activity venues.
- Booking and Reservations
Submitting a booking request through our website or via WhatsApp does not guarantee availability. All reservations are subject to confirmation by the relevant service provider.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Please review all details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a reservation, including names, dates, number of guests and any special requirements.
- Pricing and Payments
Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may vary depending on the season, availability, group size and specific requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Most of our concierge and reservation services are complimentary. Where additional fees apply for bespoke services, premium arrangements or special requests, these will be communicated to you clearly in advance.

- Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider and the type of booking. When we confirm your reservation, we will inform you of the applicable cancellation terms.
As a general guideline, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled date are typically free of charge, cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours may incur a partial charge, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or no-shows, may be subject to full charges.
We recommend contacting us as early as possible if you need to cancel or modify a reservation.

While we work exclusively with trusted and verified partners, we cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, cancellation, or dissatisfaction arising from services provided by third parties, including but not limited to accommodation issues or property conditions, food quality or allergic reactions at restaurants, accidents during activities or excursions, vehicle conditions or transportation delays, and weather-related disruptions.
Our total liability in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
- Your Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information, arrive on time for confirmed reservations, inform us of any allergies, medical conditions or special needs, comply with the rules and policies of third-party venues and providers, treat staff and service providers with respect, ensure you have valid travel documents and insurance where applicable, and not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
